Pharmacy Program Management

The Pharmacy Program Management department enables HCSC to continue to offer affordable pharmacy services that promote the health and wellness of HCSC's members and communities.  We work closely with employer groups to help design and maintain pharmacy benefits as well as clinical programs so our employer groups are able to provide the most comprehensive pharmacy benefits to their employees at the lowest cost.  Pharmacy Programs works closely with our Pharmacy Benefit Manager to insure our members' needs are addressed.  Types of positions within the Pharmacy area include Registered Pharmacists, Program Coordinators, Data Analysts and Operational support teams.
