On the order form page, confirm that you are an FEP member and order your pedometer (enter the requested information from your FEP ID card).
It's easy to measure your progress towards better health on the WalkingWorks website. Set up your WalkingWorks account and get started. Use the site to keep track of how many miles you walk each day.
Once you see how far you walk in an average day, look for ways to increase your mileage and add more steps to your day.
