- Blue Distinction — Blue Distinction is a nationwide program that will create an unprecedented level of health care transparency with two goals: engaging customers to enable more informed health care decisions and collaborating with providers to improve quality outcomes and affordability. Blue Distinction is an evolving, ever-changing program that will grow as the health care needs of consumers and employers change.
- Care Comparison® — BCBSTX Members can log into BlueAcess for Members and use the Care Comparison Tool to compare PPO facilities based on specific diagnoses and procedures.
