New Sales Bonus Contest Rules
Sales eligible for calculation of the New Sales Bonus include new groups (health plans with 2-100 employees) sold with effective dates from September 1, 2011 through January 15, 2012.

By Hitting a...	Producers will Earn a Bonus of...	Examples
Single: sell a minimum of 100-199 employees	$1,500	$1,500
Double: sell 200-299 employees	an additional $2,500	$1,500+$2,500 = $4,000
Triple: sell 300 or more employees	an additional $4,000	$1,500 + $2,500 + $4,000 = $8,000

Retention Sales Bonus Contest Rules
A retention bonus will be paid to producers who qualify for the New Sales Bonus and retain a minimum of 87 percent of their renewing groups of 2-100 employees from September 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012.

	87.00% - 89.99% retention	1 times your new sales bonus
	90.00% to 94.99% retention	1.5 times your new sales bonus
	95.00% to 100% retention	2 times your new sales bonus
